The art form chosen by a Toreador can tell you much about the individual. With Windsor, however, it's hard to tell his art form, if he even practices any. He is a dynamic speaker, and seems to appreciate a wide range of music, painting styles, and literature. What is known about him is that he is a gifted speaker, and one with a keen understanding of Camarilla politics and business.

Windsor stands just under six feet tall. His skin is pale, but not in an obviously vampiric way. He has short wavy brown hair, and is balding in the front. He has a goatee which is usually closely trimmed. He is otherwise fairly unremarkable, but exhibits an understanding of style. He often wears either a black trenchcoat with a blue or gray suit, or an Italian leather sports coat with a polo shirt and khakis.

He usually speaks with an accent that would place him in the west end of London, or possibly in higher class areas north of London. He has been heard on occasion speaking in other regional accents, ranging from southern American to New England. He carries himself with an aura of power, but checked by an approachability uncommon in Elders.

Windsor can often be found either in the Camarilla Elysium, or at his hotel, the Waterfront Estates. Recently renovated, the Estates received some press due to an offer to house residents of a demolished apartment complex for a few weeks until the tenants could find more permanent housing. He seems to have a real interest in mortal affairs, but also keeps close tabs on Kindred politics of the area.

In the aftermath of the search for the artifact, Windsor was appointed Prince of Baltimore, which came with a rather weighty problem - Baltimore is a Sabbat held city. He headed to Paris to confer with the Inner Council about just how Baltimore would be wrested from the Sabbat, and when he returns, war with come with him.
