The Story So Far. . .

May 2007:

• Feeding becomes increasingly difficult
• There is a huge shift in power in the city as new Primogen are appointed for Clans Ventrue and Toreador and Paloma DiFranco resumes the title of Prince of Silver Spring, while Elijah Grey is demoted to the unofficial position of liaison to the Clanless, the Bloodlines, the Unwanted, and the Wretched.
• A group of Lasombra sent by the former sheriff, Stacia LaValle, arrive intent on killing Elijah and collect the bounty on the heads of the Setites. They infest a local motel and use a homeless man, who dies in the process, to announce their presence. While the city celebrated Cinco de Mayo, they are tracked down and eliminated by Mark, Tiny, Tanner, and Vermillion with the aid of a recently arrived Brujah bruiser called Paulino and an enigmatic new Malkavian named Akil.
• An influx of new Kindred in the area necessitates a court being called, and brings the acceptance of Carly Benson, who is promptly kidnapped by Stacia who has now revealed herself to be a member of the Sabbat. Carly is rescued by a group of Kindred, but her safety is paid for with the Final Death of the Assamite, Namah. In the rescue, Vermillion is shot and disappears.
• Valencintos is mysteriously murdered.
• At the opening of Club CB, Paloma DiFranco declares it to be Elysium and announces she is leaving the Praxis for an unknown length of time, and in her stead the Toreador Whip, Sebastian Melmoth, will serve as Prince pro tempore. Also Jacob O'Brian announces he will be stepping down as Sheriff.
• Paloma DiFranco leaves town just before sunrise on Sunday, May 20. Mark goes with her.

April 2007:

• A Brujah Rant held by their current Primogen, Mark, gets out of hand and spills out into the street. Uncontrolled rioting and arson ensue. During the melee, and subsequent burning of parts of the Praxis, the Brujah elder Robert is killed.
• Paloma DiFranco, with assistance by the Archon, Elijah Grey and the Primogen of Clans Toreador, Brujah, and Ventrue: J.T.L. Windsor, Mark, and Charles Spencer respecitvely, infiltrates and attacks a compound in western Maryland, and claims to retrieve the supposed artifact.
• Upon retruning to Silver Spring, Paloma DiFranco resumes the mantle of Prince, Elijah Grey is subordinated to her cabinet, Windsor boards a plane for Paris, and Mark goes home quietly. Charles Spencer however, does not return from the mission. It is rumored that he met his Final Death upon holding the artifact in his hands.

March 2007:

• Asgoth the Gangrel is hunted down and killed by Tanner Valmont, and Vermillion Rayne. He was on the run from the Camarilla after his involvement in killing 6 deputy Archons belonging to the Toreador Justicar.
• In retaliation to Vermillion's involvement in the final death of Asgoth (under directive of Paloma DiFranco), since Tanner's hand was not seen during that conflict, Paloma and her lot were blamed.
• After secret peace talks, the Gangrel ally themselves with Elijah Grey. The Gangrel use this peace with the Camarilla to declare war on the Ventrue Primogen, Charles Spencer, after he makes a rather insulting comment about Asgoth.
• Jacob O'Brien has a showdown with Kristoff Garrison outside of the church ruins and comes out the victor. Kristoff Garrison dies slowly and painfully, or so it seems.

Feb 2007:

• In retaliation for the murder of six deputy Archons, Elijah Grey threatens to revoke the tenuous peace treaty between the separatists in DiFranco's camp and the Camarilla. To stem any hostility, Lilly Angelique is offered up as a sacrifice to appease the Camarilla machine. Grey kills her in the view of everyone, right in front of the church. Lilly was one of the Kindred who was slated for final death due to her… lack of control… during the final conflict at Elysium between the Sabbat and the Camarilla. It was said she was infected by the vile blood disease Vicissitude.
• The former Ventrue Primogen, Samuel of Yorkshire, is confirmed to have turned coat, and now rules the overrun city of Baltimore, after the assassination of Prince Garlotte. Now a high ranking member of the Sabbat, Yorkshire is considered a new addition to the infamous Red List.

January 2007:

• Paloma DiFranco leaves the Camarilla after the edict comes down from on high to send as many as a dozen of her subjects to their Final Deaths after suspected or confirmed improprieties. She takes with her a handful of her closest followers, and sets out to redeem herself and those Kindred marked for execution. She claims to know of an artifact that would prove the existence of the mythical Antediluvians.
• Amused by her impudence, and suspecting of her true motives (or mental stability), Elijah Grey claims the throne of Silver Spring in the name of Jaroslav Paschek, his and Paloma's superior, and Justicar of Clan Brujah.
• DiFranco makes some quiet deal with the Justicar, and buys as much as six months time to find and retrieve the artifact. She hopes in doing so she will also exonerate her flock, although the consequences of failure were never disclosed to those that followed her on her quest.
• A select strike force of Kindred descend into the caverns to locate the missing Toreador, but more importantly Penelope Morgan, who subsequently is laid low.

December 2006:

• Jacob O'Brien appointed Sheriff after confirmation that Stacia LaValle was not coming back.
• Several Archons show up in the city at the request of Elijah Grey to help fight the Sabbat.
• Arriana Colchester rises from Torpor to defend the Elysium. The thought-to-be-dead Keeper is said to have been the sole force inside to keep the building safe. She is exiled with Paloma DiFranco when the battle ends.
• Ness wakes from Torpor.

November 2006:

• Elijah Grey comes to town, he does not reveal his position as Archon immediately, but begins his offensive against the Sabbat. Rumors begin to circulate as to his relationship with Paloma DiFranco.
• The Brujah, Joe, falls during heavy combat against overwhelming numbers of Sabbat, leading to the formation of the underground resistance group, "Rise Above," by his surviving compatriot, comrade, and new Brujah Primogen, Mark.
• Penelope Morgan makes a re-appearance, as the leader of the Sabbat force in the area.
• Stacia LaValle is kidnapped by the Sabbat.

October 2006:

• The Sabbat conflict becomes violent and steps from the shadows.
• Arlington, Virginia falls to the Sabbat. Only a handful of Camarilla Kindred escape, including the Ventrue Whip, Charles Spencer.

September 2006:

• The Malkavian, Dr. Warren Lowell, is executed by the thought dead Brujah Primogen, Tiny, in open court. A final and violent note to the Brujah/Malkavian war.
• Juan Carlos Saveddera is a confirmed casualty after a brief time missing. Stacia LaValle, a Lasombra antitribu, is appointed the new Sheriff.
• The first proof of the Sabbat's presence in the Praxis is found in the rock quarry and mines after Stacia LaValle leads a team of Kindred on an intelligence gathering mission. It is on this mission that the two new Brujah, Mark and Joe, earn their sobriquet "the Disaster Twins."
• A series of seemingly terrorist related explosions rock the area. Assamite involvement is suspected.
• A hospital is among the many targets of bombing, nearly killing three Kindred who were inside at the time, one of which being an esteemed Toreador elder, Sebastian Melmoth. The Caitiff, Ness, is terribly wounded in the conflagration and falls into torpor.
• "Tolst" enigmatically reveals himself to a few select Kindred.
• The Brujah wipe out a number of the Gangrel after a misunderstanding.
• The Toreador Primogen, Penelope Morgan, leaves the Camarilla after her involvement in the Brujah/Malkavian war and the disappearance of several Toreador. She secretly joins the Sabbat in order to recruit a specialist to help find the missing Kindred.
• The Ventrue Primogen, Samuel of Yorkshire, follows Penelope Morgan, in an effort to "track her progress."

August 2006:

• The Brujah/Malkavian war reaches the height of its violence. An estimated two dozen vampires and important ghouls met their end during the conflict, when the Malkavians, with aide of Vermillion Rayne, and the Caitiff, ambush the Brujah. In the firefight, the Brujah Primogen, Hexx, and his whip Tiny go missing, assumed dead or kidnapped.
• Edmund St. Claire, the recently appointed Malkavian Primogen, is executed in court for his treason, and leadership efforts in the inter-clan war.
• Alexandria, Virginia falls to the Sabbat.

July 2006:

• Eric, the Brujah that was abducted and "educated," by the Malkavians, returns to Elysium with a force of two dozen fledgling Vampires he had embraced, and storms the building. Most of the fledglings were killed, as well as a few Camarilla Kindred. Most notable among the casualties, was Arriana Colchester. All that was left in her office was a shotgun, and a mixture of Kindred ash and blood.
• Dr. Warren Lowell and Edmund St. Claire of Clan Malkavian agitate relations between the Rabble and the Lunatics.
• Kristoff Garrison is killed, or so it seems.
• Martin Coollige is Diablerized by the Ventrue, Cadburry. The Ventrue's execution by 'the box" was swift and without leniency.

June 2006:

• The Seneschal, Victoria Johnson, is rescued from Baltimore by Antharius, Victor Mann, and Christopher.
• The destruction of some of the Baltimore Harbor during the rescue strain relations between Paloma DiFranco's Praxis, and that of Prince Garlotte's.
• Baltimore closes its borders to traveling Kindred.

May 2006:

• In revenge for Jack of Diamond's death, the Brujah Primogen's former Anarch contacts kidnap the Seneschal, Victoria Johnson, and hide her staked body.
• The Olde Towne Tavern and Crystal Lounge re-open after heavy construction.

April 2006:

• The demon, Kiba, reappears in Five Iron's body.
• Kiba is destroyed by an unknown benefactor and a small coterie of Kindred.
• The Giovanni vanish. All of them.

March 2006:

• A Malkavian and a Brujah go missing, causing accusations to fly between the clans, thus planting the seeds of the Brujah/Malkavian war.
• The Brujah Primogen is murdered by Kristoff Garrison.
• Hexx is made Brujah Primogen.

February 2006:

• Kiba snatches Five Iron's body, which has been hidden in the ex-Seneschal's closet for months.
• Zombies.

January 2006:

• Asylum.
• Masqurade Breach Suppression Specialsts

• Corbin Darkfeather is found out to be the suspected dead member of the M.B.S.S., Steve.
• Cordell mysteriously disappears.
• Antharius is Embraced by Victor Mann. One of his demands for the exchange of "the tape."

November 2005:

• National Guard leaves town.
• Seneschal Bill Tell's torpid body is found. In the effort to save him, he meets his Final Death.
• Victor Mann ransoms a tape of a massive Masquerade breach back to the Camarilla in exchange for "considerations."

October 2005:

• Victoria Ash throws a gala at Hell House to celebrate a successful run as Prince Pro Tempore.
• The Caitiff, Tori, is spooked and flees into the forest surrounding Hell House and finds an altar. The Giovanni link it to Kiba, and an investigation begins.
• Victoria Johnson is made Seneschal in Bill Tell's absence.
• Information about the "Unmastered" surfaces.

September 2005:

• Wight.
• National Guard makes its presence known.

August 2005:

• The Brujah Primogen, Max, is killed by Elias Spade.
• Mafia War dies down.
• Street gang war between the Skinheads and Hell's Angels flares up.

June 2005:

• A pair of Kindred calling themselves the Masquerade Breach Suppression Specialists, or M.B.S.S., appear in town.
• The Ventrue Primogen, Gregory Martinelli dies. Following in his wake, the Malkavian, Five Iron, declares 'Horseshit!' and follows Martinelli's "soul." His body falls torpid and is stuffed in Seneschal Bill Tell's closet.

May 2005:

• Mafia War begins.
• Project Twighlight.
• Elias Spade.

April 2005:

• Victoria Ash and Sebastian Melmoth take over for Paloma DiFranco as Prince pro tempore and aide in the Prince's absence. Paloma attends conclave to determine the fates of Monica and Cynthia Black.
• Morgan St. Jude is diablerized by his childe Angela Bradshaw. Angela now serves as deputy Sherriff.
• Midnight Rodeo goes haywire, and is attacked by the Hunters.
• Showdown between Vermillion Rayne and Kristoff Garrison marks the beginning of the end for the Hunters. Garrison turns into a demon, and Vermillion smites him with Holy force.
• Selvek Nartiné makes his presence known.

March 2005:

• Christie's auction.

Feb 2005:

• Leon, the Caitiff Seneschal goes missing.

January 2005:

• Kiba.
• A Roman Catholic Cardinal is murdered and sacrificed to the dark gods in the bowels of St. Mary's.

Spring 2002 - Winter 2005:

• Law is restored to the Praxis, Prince DiFranco solidifies her control, and the Toreador wax in power. A handful of Sabbat is executed by the hierarchy. The local Kindred are tense, but content. (out of game time jump)

Winter 2001 AD:

• The infiltration of the Black Hand, led by the Manchurian Candidate, Patrick Winchester, comes to a head.
• Numerous Kindred are falsely accused of treason and put to Final Death.
• In the aftermath of the final conflict, Archon Paloma DiFranco is appointed Prince by the Brujah Justicar, Paschek.

Circa 12,008 BC

• Caine, first son of Adam and Eve, kills his younger brother, Abel, incurring the eternal wrath of God. As punishment for committing the first murder on Earth, God places a curse upon Caine, transforming him into the first vampire, the Dark Father of the Kindred. It is prophesized that Caine will one day sit in judgment over all Kindred, from his own childer to the vile Thin-Blooded whose arrival will foretell his coming. This time will be called "Gehenna."
